Project leader - Sales – TelemarketingI work as the team leader for our B2C sales team here in our Palma office. I joined NOC in may 2022 and I started as a salesman for one of our Danish projects. Before I started working at NOC I worked full time at a school and part time at a holiday center in Denmark. I started working here because I wanted to work abroad and learn more about sales under the best possible conditions.
My best tip for coming salesmen is to be open minded and show the will to learn and perform better every day. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have. If you have the right mindset you are already a step ahead of the majority of people. The best thing about NOC is that you get to work abroad, get to know new people and develop as a person. For me it is an essential part of my wellbeing that I feel like I’m developing and feel comfortable around the people whom I work with and since day one at NOC I have felt that.
