My name is Emma Westerlund and I work as the HR Manager here at NC. I started working here in March 2020 and have now been here for over 3 years and have during that time worked in sales, teamleader, recruitment and as operation manager. I came here with no earlier experience in telemarketing but have a lot of prior experiences when it comes to different service occupations. 

My best tip for making a career here at NC is to always be brave and reach for something. If you set up high goals and know what you want there is nothing that can come in your way of making a career. We always reward and encourage the ones who want to reach higher. My favorite thing about our company is the open atmosphere. No matter who you are, what you have done before or why you want to work with us, you will always be welcome into our family. We always encourage each other and help out so everyone can reach their goals, no matter how small or big they might be.
