A workday at NOC is structured, social and performance-driven – in a good way. You’ll start the day together with your team, often with meetings or coaching sessions focused on goals, motivation and development.
Throughout the day, you’ll work independently while being surrounded by supportive colleagues and leaders who are always there to help you improve. We believe in freedom under responsibility, where your effort directly affects your results and growth.

In the sales department, the environment is highly motivating and empowering. You’re encouraged to take ownership of your performance, which creates a strong feeling of working towards your own goals – both financially and personally. At the same time, you’ll always have leaders and teammates around you who genuinely want to see you succeed.
In customer service, teamwork is at the core. Everyone supports each other, takes responsibility, and contributes to creating the best possible experience for both customers and colleagues.
