• What is important when working abroad?

  Working abroad is an exciting experience, both professionally and personally. Being open-minded, flexible and curious about new cultures, people and ways of working will help you succeed and enjoy the journey.
  
  On a practical level, you’ll need a valid EU-passport and the essentials for relocating, but most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to grow will take you far.

• Do you need previous experience to work as a Sales Agent?

  Previous sales experience is not required. What matters most is your mindset. We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone, and motivated to develop both personally and professionally.
  
  You’ll receive training and ongoing support, so if you’re driven, curious and ready to grow, you’ll fit right in.

• How is a typical workday in Spain at NOC?

  A workday at NOC is structured, social and performance-driven – in a good way. You’ll start the day together with your team, often with meetings or coaching sessions focused on goals, motivation and development.

• What is the environment like in the office?

• How do I get a work permit in Spain?

  If you are an EU/EEA citizen, you do not need a work permit to work in Spain. You will, however, need to register locally and obtain the required documents once you arrive.
  

  We guide you through the entire process and make sure you have the support you need, so you can focus on settling in and starting your new role with confidence.

• Where are your offices located?

  Our offices are located in some of Europe’s most vibrant cities, with three offices in Palma de Mallorca, one in Málaga, and one in Solna, Stockholm.

• Which languages and nationalities do you work with?

  We work with the Nordic market and are therefore looking for Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish speakers. Our teams are made up of people from across the Nordics, creating an international and familiar work environment at the same time.
